My Habits and Record: My Daily Journal
Everyone has their own way of living and habits. Different stories may happen every day. My daily journal is used to record these bits and pieces, so that I have something to refer to when I recall the past. On the first page of my journal, I see my morning routine. Every morning, I wake up with the help of an alarm clock, go to the bathroom to wash my face and hands, then prepare a hot cup of coffee or tea for myself. I sit by the window, watching the sunrise and enjoying the beginning of the day. Then it's time for my morning run. This is not only a habit of exercising my body, but also a way for me to stay alert and prepare for a new day. On the second page of my journal, I record my daily work and study. I write down the tasks and goals I need to complete that day, as well as the problems I encounter in my work and their solutions. At the same time, I also record new knowledge or understanding I have learned, which is a way for me to improve myself and enrich my life. The following pages record my daily communication and activities with my family. These include the time we spend together, the joy and sorrow we share, as well as the heartfelt conversations and warm hugs. These are the most precious memories in my life. Then there are the ideas and inspirations I record in my journal. Sometimes I get some new ideas or inspirations from my work or study, and I immediately write them down in my journal. These are the traces of my thinking, and also the seeds of innovation that may be realized in the future. The final part is where I record small daily things in my journal, such as fresh vegetables I saw in the market, interesting stories I heard, beautiful scenery I saw, etc. These seemingly ordinary things have formed the rich and colorful life I am living.
