12:00 PM - I cooked a simple home-cooked meal, which was delicious even with limited dishes. While eating, I listened to some enlightening news that triggered my thinking.
1:30 PM - I took a half-hour nap to relieve the fatigue of the afternoon. I read a letter from a friend, feeling their care and greetings.
